Minutes of the Last Meeting

Held 18 may, 2021

The meeting was called to order at 1830 by Don Black. Members of the Board in attendance were Don Black, Dan Gower, Lou Henson, Mike Crabill, and Bill Long.

The consent items were presented. One correction was made to the published minutes deleting the paragraph starting with “Guidelines for and scheduling of events” as it was a hold-over from the previous month’s meeting minutes. The consent items were approved unanimously

Old Business

There were no items of old business to discuss.

New Business

Discussion was had concerning an updated and more structured, yet less granular, budget process. The major change discussed was adding a budget line item for fund raising event expenditures. No decisions were proposed or reached at this meeting. Motion was made to table the discussion for future working group action. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion to adjourn was made, seconded, and passed at 1915.

Treasurer’s Report
